GALA NIGHT - ATA BANQUET DINNER ON JULY 6th, 2012 AT GWCC Thomas Murphy Ballroom

Come and join us for a star studded night of food and entertainment at our 12th ATA Convention and Youth Conference Banquet on July 6, 2012. The program will begin with a warm reception and social hour followed by introductions of ATA’s Executive Committee. Then, Telugu people who have distinguished themselves in various fields by their extraordinary accomplishments will be honored with the prestigious ATA awards.  

ATA has planned great programs for your entertainment, bring your friends, meet your friends, family and fellow Telugus. Enjoy a delicious Indian dinner with celebrities and be entertained with excellent Music  by the Tollywood and US artists.

Dress Code:- Business Casual with Blazer Jacket or Indian Formal Dress. No Jeans and Flip flops!

Banquet Seating:- Entire banquet hall is divided into three segments, 1. VIPS 2. Sponsors/Donors 3. ATA Members/Registrants.  The security team is strictly instructioned to restrict movement around the hall especially from one segment to another, all committees are requested to make arrangements with ADHOC Committee if they have any special needs or requests.

Seating is based on first come first served within the segments, holding seats for the guests who are not present at the time seating will not be allowed.  Those who want to sit together are encouraged to arrive and seat together.

P.S:- Banquet committee requests all the guests to cooperate with the security team and volunteers during the event for the making this  event a huge success.

Baby Sitting: Baby sitting is available for children who already had potty training.

1. 5:00 P.M - Reception/Social Hour/Snack
2. 6:45 P.M - All the guests from the Hall are invited into the Banquet Hall. 
3. 7.00 P.M - Emcee – Shilpa Chakravarthy will announce seating and invite
   Dr. Mangaraju garu on to the stage.
   a)  Jyothi Prajwalanam;
   b)  Sri Gananayakam song by group by young artists from  US
4. Awards ceremony 
5. US Artists will start music entertainment, during the Dinner break.
6. Shilpa Chakravarthy will introduce local talent medley and Bhuvana Kruthi is invited to the stage.
7. Mr. Thaman is invited on to the stage and US Artists will song some of  his songs. 
8. Sri Gorati Venkanna is invited on to the stage, he will sing two Telangana songs.
9. Dance show by Hamsa Nandini
10. Comedians, Hero and Heroins are invited on to the stage. 
11. Dr. Ghazal Srinivas is invited on to the stage.
