Once you purchase a ticket you will receive an email confirmation. Then we will mail you the counterfoil. Keep it safe with you, and bring it to the conference. The main stub of the ticket will be filled with your information and will be dropped in to the raffle box. If you are not present at the time of the raffle and you are a winner, we will send you an email, call you and mail you the winning details. Since we have the purchaser’s info we can verify the winners.
