These are the two general cultural sessions on Saturday July 7, and Sunday July 8 between 1-5 PM. These two events will take place on the main stage. We like to present a variety of items such as monologues, skits, small plays, mimicry, ventriloquism and any other entertaining events in Sunaada Vinodini segments. We invite participants from across the USA and Canada to perform during these segments.

During these two sessions, we will also present the finalists from Jhummandi Naadam, the solo vocal competition, Star Dancer, the solo dance talent search event and Sayyandi Paadam, the group dance competition.

These are the typical times allotted for items in Sunaada Vinodini segments:

1. Monologue, Mimicry, Miming, Ventriloquism: 5 minutes
2. Skits: 10 minutes
3. Small play: 15 minutes
4. Group dance ( if your item does not fit into the age category for Sayyandi Paadam); 8 minutes
5. Group Songs: 5 minutes

If you would like to perform at ATA 2012, you need to submit your item in its entirety as it would be presented at the convention, to our cultural committee by May 15, 2012. Information regarding the mode of submission along with the details will be posted on the web page soon.
